The  service on Cyprus  is  jointly delivered by Apintech Ltd., a technology company and Synthesis Center for Research and Education, a social innovation company.

Social care organizations and practitioners as well as socially vulnerable groups offering services,  are able to freely publish rich content on their organizations and activities. As we wish to foster social innovation, we have also provided a special ‘Innovators’ section where anybody can publish and share information on specific, innovative social care use cases.
