0. Introduction
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before using this website and the services offered. Your access to, and use of the services offered, is on the condition that you accept and comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to service providers, who may upload content and set up services, as well as site visitors, who access content or use the services. By accessing content and/or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access content or services.
1. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product made available through this site bear in mind that you will be asked to provide your credit card information to be used by our pos gateway (my pos) as well as other information relevant to your purchase and required to complete it.
2. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
3. Content
Our services allow social service providers to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available to the public certain information, text, and graphics as well as advanced communication services, among their customers, staff and external providers related to their business. On-line publication of this content will first require approval of SocialCareInnovation. In the case of irrelevant, obscene, malicious, insulting, etc. content will be promptly deleted and so will be the user that has posted it.
SocialCareInnovation can assume no responsibility as to the accuracy of the content published. It is in the interest of providers and users to ascertain its accuracy, and review it as needed so it remains accurate. Content that has been found to be largely inaccurate, or has been highlighted as such by the public, following verification, will be deleted, and the provider or user advised to take all necessary action to avoid such incidents in the future. In the case of repetition of inaccurate and misleading content, the provider or user will be permanently removed, as will the content itself.
Despite the controls in place, SocialCareInnovation has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the online content published by any provider. You further, acknowledge and agree that SocialCareInnovation shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of, or reliance on, any such content, which you may reach through SocialCareInnovation.
4. Privacy
Please consult with the Privacy Policy document accessible from the footer of SocialCareInnovation, where all privacy-related provisions are in detail laid out.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is required we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
